Activity lookup

Search a student number or name to see every activity on record, and their clearance status if required events are set.

Upload attendance report

Upload the Excel export from QR-AMS for an event. Records are automatically read, matched to students, and merged into the database — nothing is typed manually.

Recognized columns: Event, Event Date, Session, In/Out, Time Stamp, Student ID, Student Name, Year Level, College, Program. Column order, letter case, and small naming differences don't matter — they're matched automatically. If your file has multiple sheets, the one containing the attendance data is detected automatically. Duplicate scans (same student, event, day, session, mode) are skipped automatically.

Reports

Export everyone's activity data at once as an Excel file — no need to look students up one at a time.

Full activity log
One row per scan, for every student — Event, Date, Session, Mode, Time. Best for a complete raw record of everything on file.
Student summary
One row per student — events attended, total scans, missing required events, and clearance decision. Best for a printable master list.

Event day schedules

Add each day of an event by its own date and which sessions it has. Days don't need to be consecutive — e.g. July 16, then July 18, then July 19 is still a valid 3-day event. Once set, the clearance lookup checks students against this full schedule, including days that haven't been uploaded yet.

Required events for clearance

Tick whichever events a student must have attended to be considered cleared. This list is built automatically from events you've uploaded — nothing to type.

Backup

Export the full database as a JSON file, or restore from a previous backup.
